About Sarah Ellis
Sarah Girod Ellis is a Loan Officer in the Bluebonnet-Baton Rouge office. She joined the team in 2013 and has a wide range of knowledge of home loan products. She is licensed in and has closed loans in the states of Louisiana, Texas, Mississippi, and Alabama and is proud to be a part of the Assurance team. Sarah is licensed through the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, and is a member of the Louisiana Mortgage Lender’s Association (LMLA) and an affiliate member of the Greater Baton Rouge Association of Realtors (GBRAR).
Sarah is a native of Baton Rouge and a graduate of Bishop Sullivan High School and Louisiana State University, with a Bachelor’s degree in Education. She is a member of the Ascension Chamber of Commerce. She has been a member of Forum 35 since 2014 and a board member of the FATE Foundation, founded by her sister, Dr. Andrea Espinoza, and is a member of the Lupus Foundation of America Dallas Chapter. Sarah is a member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation’s Capital City’s Finest Class of 2017, and has since been inducted as a Board Member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for Tomorrow’s Leaders. Sarah has also volunteered with Junior Achievement since 2015.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as her Doberman/German Short-Haired Pointer mix named Amie. She enjoys traveling, working out, reading, listening to TED talks, and being active in her community.
